This just surfaced: A Kanye / Common / Kid Cudi collaboration. Each of the three rappers recently layed a verse over the reworked Cherrytree acoustic version of Lady Gaga's "Poker Face." Though the trio have nothing particularily insightful to offer about relationships or love, and are characteristically vulgar about sex, I'm positive Lady G would approve. After all, this is the same Bowie fan I saw live in concert sing "I wanna fuck fuck fuck you as hard as I can"; lyrics from her new song "Future Love." Even if it lacks the thought-provoking power of The College Dropout and Be, I think I can handle it on fun factor alone.Monday, April 6, 2009
